This Pinot Noir comes from fruit sourced from the Herringer Vineyards. 66% of the grapes were destemmed , the other 33% left whole cluster. The must was then fermented with Indigenous yeast for nuance. Malolactic was completed with indigenous flora. 25% new French oak, aged 6 months in barrel.
