This 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc that was aged for 16 months in 50% new and 50% neutral French oak barrels. Crafted from both mountain and valley floor grapes, this beautifully rich and complex wine offers alluring aromas of huckleberry, cardamom, graham cracker, dark chocolate and violets. On the palate, juicy flavors of ripe boysenberry and black tea glide across finely textured tannins, with bright, balanced acidity contributing to a long, elegant finish.
