Dalla Valle Winery produces three distinctive Cabernet blends annually, and one additional wine only in exceptional years. Maya is the annual jewel in the crown, and is extremely limited in production, and allocated as well.
Maya, named after founders Naoko and Gustav’s daughter, originates in the remarkable vineyard that shares its name. It is a special blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and the best selected blocks of Cabernet Franc. The proprietary blend is aged in primarily new French oak. Fewer than 500 cases are produced each year.
